Question about D-Link AirPlus Xtreme G DI-624 Wireless Router (DI624RE)
On the rear of these units is a small hole in the hole is a reset button, now with the power OFF, press this button for a second or so. Now the unit has been reset to factory settings, the "Default" settings, as such you can then login as a default user, usually admin admin, but please check in manual provided link below. http://www.dlink.com/products/default.aspx?pid=DI-624&tab=3

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
