Dear it is a thermostat system. You can simply check it by setting temp at 30 then check either warm air is coming or cool air. at this time warm air should come. If warm air is not coming means there is a fault is realy in your pcb. It can be simply remove no need to worry.
You need to determine if the compressor is running, if it is and you have no cooling then you either have lost charge or bad compressor, these units re not worth replacement compressor
is possible the plant (pipes) have a small have a small crack and you dont have anymore refrigerant gas. call at service in your area,you can't fixit alone
usually means your as unit has lost its charge and can not effectivly cool your home anymore..advise to call a certified ac tech.to find , repair and charge your units.( but in some cases a "starter relay that sits on top of the ac compressor has gone bad..this holds true to fridges also

if no cold blowing,evaporator is not working,have you ever heard compressor is running,check this out,no compression of course you dont have cool on evaporator.if the compressor is running check the oprating current,if still have enough freon charge,if not running check thermostat reset setting on the coldest,ifn still not run check overload relay on panel control reset lever to put back compressor to run,check condensing fan if working,if not check also over load protection,this should be done by ac tech nician.have a nice day,dont gorget to rate me, thank's
