2001 Dodge Viper RT/10 Roadster.. Dead battery doors locked.

Question edited for clarity.
Question moved to 'year make model' category.

Get under the front of the vehicle and put charger leads on the big red starter connector bolt (positive connection) and the negative on a clean piece of bodywork. Wait 10 minutes and use the fob as there will be enough power in the battery. Open the hood and fully charge the battery. Then find out WHY the battery was flat. If due to storage, keep it on a battery Maintainer / Minder.

My Smart satarter doesn't work because I upgraded the iPhone 5s to iPhone 6 plus. I redoenloaded the viper app but it doesn't work?

There can be problems when iOS is upgraded. Get the latest version with the latest bug fixes. Watch the Viper app for version changes and download it when it gets updated. Check the Viper support web site:

Cant start car with key

It sounds like you might be having an issue with the transponder or "chip" in that key. When you turn the key and it doesn't start you probably see a flashing key icon on the dash with a circle and a line through it. When you remote start the car it is using a by pass module to trick the car into thinking you have a valid transponder key in the ignition when it starts up. Go to a locksmith and have another key cut and programmed to the car.

Remote start malfunctioning

Hello Clark,
This sounds like an issue with the immobilizer. Please correct me if I am wrong, but I assume that your ignition key is grey in color. If so there is a RF chip inside your key, that when placed in the ignition reads the code on your key, and then allows the vehicle to start. When an aftermarket DEI remote start is installed there is a unit called a 555U installed as well that contains a spare key inside of it. If you pull your ignition shroud off you will see that there is a circular black cable that has been placed around your ignition switch. Typically this can come loose and slide out of place over years of movement. Try using a zip tie to tighten it back in place, and thy to start the car via the remote again. If this does not work, then there is a problem with the 555U, it may have lost power, or went bad. Again this is only with a gray manufacture key, not a black manufacture key.
