Hi there welcome to Fixya thanks for asking, the first step to solving this problem is to remove both cartridges from the printer check them carefully to see if there is any sign of rust or corrode. If there is no such sign you can put both of them back into the printer and make sure they fit firmly into the printer, if this does not solve the problem please uninstall the printer drivers and reinstall them again. You can get the latest drivers for your printer from the manufacturer website.
