Question about Ovens
This is more than likely the Thermistor or thermostat. What you need to do, is obtain a service manual, and using this troubleshoot and repair/replace the faulty unit.
If you do not wish to do it yourself, then this would be a simple job, for a professional, and would not cost too much, i would expect. If you choose this route, I suggest you obtain a "Quote" before proceeding with any repair.
I have included below a generic service manual, so you can get an understanding of what a service manuals, and in any event, many troubleshooting steps are similar. I have searched for your service manual, but was unable to find one. I suggest you contact the manufacturer, if you wish to get one.
