service manuals and other goodies.

More than likely, a couple of the screws are going to be covered over with little rubber pieces or some kind of covering. You should be able to find your answer here.

Good Luck

Philips vcr VRB612 inside diagram/picture

You will need a service manual for that. I did a search for your model and there is little out there. Some Libraries stock them, often in the main city one in your local area. Some commercial firms such as Manuals Paradise also do them, but they would charge you for one, if they have it!

I have a Sony VAio, Model PCG-7Q1l. The fan is noisy and to remove the back, I need to remove the DVD player. I took out the screw and while the player is loose, it won't come out. I don't see

PCG-7Q1L is the Chassis number.

VGN-FJxxx should be the model number.

Ummm, VGN-FJ350

There is a semi-metallic rubber band, holding the DVD drive from the inside, and.............

NO! I'M JUST KIDDING!

It's a little green Martian man, tugging back from the other side.

After you remove the Philips head screw, tap the DVD drive's tray release button.
Ease the tray all the way out to the extended position, and then gently pull on it.
Pull DVD drive out of laptop.

Remove cd/dvd drive

Remove the Power Cord, Remove the Battery. Remove the one screw on the bottom of the laptop that holds the dvd drive in place. The screw will have a circular disc icon beside it. Sometimes that one screw might be inside the memory case. Once the screw is removed, just pull the drive out.

Instructions to remove keyboard from compaq laptop

Remove the Power Cord, Remove the Battery. Close the LCD Lid then turn the laptop over. Look inside the battery case to see if there are any screws in there, if so remove them. Sometimes the keyboard might have screws inside the battery case too. If that's the case normally you will see the keyboard icon next to the screw. The purpose of removing screws in the battery case is there might be some that hold the strip that is above the keyboard in place.

You can look at the rest of the screws on the bottom of the laptop to see if you see any that might have the keyboard icon next to it. if so remove that screw. Also sometimes there might be a screw that holds the keyboard inside the memory slot or any of the other slots so just look for them. If you'd like you could just remove all the screws from the bottom of the laptop.

Turn the laptop back over after the screws are removed, then take a small flat head screwdriver and pry the strip that is above the keyboard aloose. Normally this strip has the power button on it. Be careful removing this strip because there will probably be a cable attached underneath it.

Once the strip is removed there might be screws that hold the keyboard in place a the top of the keyboard, if so remove them. Now you can just lift the keyboard out but be careful because there is a keyboard cable underneath the keyboard that has to be removed. If the keyboard does not just come out then more than likely there are little catches that help hold it in place either at the top or on the sides, just work with one side to pry it from the catches then you will be able to get the keyboard out.

Install motor/regulator to 2000 camry solara

It easy ! You need a philips2_bing.gif and flat screw driver,8" X 4" block of wood and a needle nose pliar.
Use flat screw driver and pry out the two or three dust covers for the arm rest screws then use philips and remove the screws. Next use the flat screw driver and pry out the black plastic mirror cover from the inside of the door. Pry out the switch panel ( aka master switch panel) with the flat screw driver and disconnect it. On the side of the door panel just above the striker is this plastic push pull typeof a hold in screw. Use flat screw driver to get it to move a little then pull it out with the needle nose. Depending on which door your doing if you have a map folder ( driver or front passenger door) in the door there are two more screw to remove on the bottom of the door.
Now the inside door handle is tricky it comes out in two pieces. Use philips and get the only hold down screw you see out.( you may have to pry out al ittle screw cover first) Now the handle cover is removed by placeing the flat screw driver on the rear of the outside of the cover top and on the outside rear bottom to release the tangs that are holding it onto the panel.Pry it out lightly you may have to place the screw driver over the top of the door release button and pry that way. Don't loose your cool its a pain but it will fall out. Once its removed unhook the panel.

Next lift the plastic cover and remove the six gold2_bing.gif bolts first(For motor and regulator) Then push the window down till you see the two bolts holding the window to the regulator .Remove them, BEFORE YOU PULL OUT THE MOTOR AND REGULATOR YOU WILL SEE TWO TANGS THAT HELP HOLD THE REGULATOR AND MOTOR TO THE DOOR MARK THE RELOCATION , NOW pull out the motor and regulator have an assistant hold up the glass while you place the two blocks of wood to hold up the window. Now order your regulator and installation is in reverse. Good luck kate. Keep me posted.

MY PHILIPS FREEVENTS X52 LAPTOP HAS STOPPED CHARGING ANY IDEA HOW I CAN DECIDE IF IT IS/ BATTERY,CHARGER OR CONNECTION PROBLEM

try this. remove your battery and plug in the ac adapter. If it starts and operates normally then you know it's not the AC adapter.
if your lucky enough to know someone with the same AC, borrow it. plug it in and leave it for an hour or two with the battery installed. unplug the ac and try running it off battery . if it works- not the battery-
