If there are not light there are usually two fuses in the unit one where the power cord comes into the unit and one that goes when the unit gets to hot. if the unit if a counter top unit you will need to go buy some safety star bits for the hardware store to get the cabinet off. just check the fuses with a ohm meter.

While changing the light bulb under the unit, the wire connected to the light bulb holder touched the metal housing and totally blew out the microwave so it doesn't work.

normally there is a glass fuse in the circuit where the power comes in
check that fuse/ replace if necessary
As silly as it sounds --turn the equipment of at the wall before you work on it as it might have been you that blew and not the fuse

Coffee spilled microwave while heating now microwave is dead it is a general spacemaker what can I do

Wow, generally a spill in a microwave shouldn't be catastrophic, but if it blew the wall plug, something bad happened. What do you mean it blew the plug? Did it simply trip a GFI? a breaker? Either way something must be amiss inside. Best case is a blown fuse in the microwave. You can look inside for evidence of a short but follow all safety practices and ensure the unit is depowered and steer clear of the big capacitor as it could still be charged.

Hi I have a Samsung SMH9187 micowave that is dead (no display, light, fan, mirowave).

Sounds like the main fuse blew. It's either near where the power cord enters the cabinet, or behind the control panel (if an over the range unit).

You may also have some type of failure in the high voltage circuit; based on your description of the symptoms.

I was boiling an egg in my oven unluckily it blast and light went off.Since then i can not start my oven.No indoor light no power light.

Hi
It sounds like the internal fuse blew.
If possible, check the fuse:
  • First disconnect the power lead from the wall ( Safety first )
  • If blown, replace the fuse with one of the SAME rating.
If it blows again, you know there is a more serious problem, and it should be checked by a qualified person.

My daewoo microwave/toaster blew my breaker upon resetting it and plugging in the microwave it blew again then it tripped my GFI what could be the problem?

Probably a short inside the microwave circuitry.  I had a Daewoo and had nothing but trouble with it.  Main board went out in a year, then again in another year.  Finally went to Home Depot where I bought it and was told that they had nothing but trouble with them and quit selling them.  Now I have a GE Spacemaker.

Power outage now microwave won't work

Most likely blew internal fuse. Pull the top/side cover off and check the line fuse. It should be behind the control panel in that area.
