Holly Tillman Werner is making harrassing and slanderous comments on Facebook about me and how can I get this to stop? I will talk to a lawyer if she is not taken down. I have seen it on there and other people have told me about it.

You can report her messages. If she has several complaints against her, eventually she'll be kicked out.
Sometimes one single comment is enough if it is bad enough.

Report her messages and account to Facebook. Also tell other people that see the content to do it as well. You can also directly email Facebook, i have done it myself, it may take them a little time to get back with you, but its all worth the wait. Be sure to include snapshots or screenshots also to have more evidence and proof. even tho they do look at the content you report, just do it so they have a even more better chance at being removed. He or she will eventually be taken off of facebook and their account will appear deleted. If it is something that serious, getting the law involved and having the person behind bars would be a great thing to do.

Hi there,
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

Here's a link to this great service

Good luck!

You can consult a lawyer, he is an expert on those matters, in a parallel way, write to the help section of facebook.Relating to your pictures, If she already have the pictures and is true, she can upload them or make a copy anywhere without notice (that's why we should be more careful with our info on the internet).

I want 2 join facebook but under a different name.

You can make another account. Problem being is facebook has your IP recorded so even if you use a fictitious name they will catch it and ask you to send proof who you are . If your doing it for malicious purposes such as to slander or create problems i wouldn't recommend it. Facebook has gotten strict.

I have a Uniden 5.8 GHz cordless phone, and would like to know how or if I can record the harrassing phone calls I have been getting?

Some telephone service providers offer such a service but it may have a cost per use. Contact your service provider to inquire. You can also purchase a unit that plugs into your phone line and you can record what mconversations you want. Your local police can offer other valuable suggestions in dealing with harrassing phone calls.

Someone who i know and has harassed me physically in the past got on my facebook illegially and left a horrible message calling me names. ive got the message. She has been violent in the past and I want...

You should be able to:

Click on their Profile
At the top right of the screen, next to the MESSAGE tab is a little wheel with a drop down Menu
Click on the wheel and choose Report/Block
You can now choose to Unfriend them and Block them
Additionally, you can report the profile by clicking "My friend is harassing or bullying me"

In addition, if you have details of this person, you can go to the police. Not knowing where you are, I can't give you advice on how your legal system works in your country. In the UK you can report the harrassment and the police will visit the person and initiata a harrassment order against the person. Depending on the severity of what has happened, they have a power of arrest in the UK, even for a single message and a single incident, where they feel that arrest is appropriate. As I say, No idea what country you are in or how your laws of harrassment work, but regardless, I would advise you to talk to the police.

My daughter was glassed in the face, her attacker was jailed for 3 years but the mother is posting slanderous comments on facebook

Report abuse so that the administrators will notice and maybe ban/lock her account. DO NOT delete those comments as you can use it someday as evidence if ever you decide to file for charges in the future.
