Question about Car Audio & Video
This is caused by a defective logic circuit in the radio, Ford doesn't sell any parts or repair manuals to the public, the only places that get this are factory approved radio repair center, so the bottom line is u must remove the radio from the dash and send it out for repair to one of these repair centers, check with your local dealer for a name and phone number. to remove the radio takes a set of special tools that goes in the 4 small holes in the face of the radio, you can buy this Ford radio tool set from any good auto parts store like NAPA or Carquest, the counter person there can describe how they are used, it is very easy.
