There is. lol....mine wouldnt fit through my small hallway to put into my room so i took the screen off then from there i took the back part off. (Becareful the backpart holds the mirror) then one that was off i had a brilliant idea to saw the frame in half because there wasnt any other way then i took the 2 parts into my room and stacked it ontop of each other then i had a metal plate with holes and drilled them in then put the parts bak on a VOILA! looks as good as before! >.< you cant see the surgery scars because it fits perfectly in my closet lol. But yeahhh once u take the screen off u can take the back part off . Maybe it just didnt fit through the door because of the backpart sticking out but if u need help knowing how to take that part off just email me... fiddle_@live.com ... if u have a myspace then just look for me there and i willl get back to you waaay faster cus im on it 24/7 xD

Sounds like a Picture in Picture screen popping up, but if you do not have a signal from another tuner, it will be blank.

Try hitting the PIP button on your remote to see if it turns it off and on.
Plus go into the tv menu and find the PIP settings.

Left convergence on mitsu vs-60609

Convergence IC's inside of your TV are nearing end of the life. If during adjustments that you made Red and Blue was moving in all directions (left, right, down, up) than resistors and fuses still probably OK. IC's (part number will start with "STK" and they attached to huge aluminum radiators) have to be replaced and fresh heat sink compound have to be applied.
After that convergence adjustments should not be a problem. And color will stay together for another several years.

Russ.

Sounds like bad convergence chip. I think you can get a kit to repair it at www.tvrepairkits.com

You need to be good with a soldering iron if you plan on doing this yourself.
