You should be able to reset the TV to factory defaults via the onscreen menu system. Also, power-cycling the TV (turn it off and unplug it for several minutes) can serve to reset.

·Stand within operating range of the Insignia TV, then aim the remote at the TV's receiver and press the "Lock" button on the remote control.
