Check the electronic temp control by the thermostat outlet, it looks like a water temp sw. , but it sends a signal to the computer to tell it what the temp outside is and add fuel to the engine based on temp. If it is bad it messes up the idle.

My wireless antenna is in and the thing says does not exist

You need to make sure the drivers are installed for that device. If you talking about an external wireless card, I believe it came with an installation disc. Run the disc and your wireless card will be detected by your computer and is ready to use.

Can't get my HP j4680 to Fax or Scan. I have spent many hours today trying to set up thi HP All in One. I finally have the printer working on my wireless network. When I tried to set up the fax, I got...

Hi Jelind

This is the first thing to do to clear all the printer history. Go to the bottom of the thread.

This is the second thing to do after you try to install and it tells you a section is missing from INF. There is probably a missing registery value for imaging device. It fixed my 309a issues. Great hardware-support a bit lacking.

Idling hunts by around 300RPM when car is hot. (working temp.)

try cleaning the throttle body first then if that dont work you will need to replce the iac motor wich is located on the bottom of the throttle body your car is hunting for the correct idle position and either the sensor inside the iac motor is dirty or it is bad

"the device is not ready"

Hi,

The device not being ready is a sign that windows cannot finish installing it or that the device is beyond simple software recovery.

You can try rerunning recuva in safe mode, which will disable some of the performance circuitry that may be interfering.

Also make sure the directory you're trying to save the recovered files to is NOT on the same drive. If it is and the drive is failing it will not work, not to mention you never want to recover to the same drive as it runs the risk of overwriting the files you're trying to salvage with some if the same files.

If safe mode and re-aiming the recovery folder doesn't work then you likely need to send it to a pro with some higher end gear. Try Armor-IT Data Recovery, they're listed in the FixYa database if these suggestions don't work.

Saw idles great but as soon as I stop throttle in log it stalls

The wife bought me a Wild Thing for Christmas at my asking. Went to use it on Saturday and it would not run for squat...I had to make my own Carb adjusting tool because they have changed the idle mixture screws to make it more painful to do...backout the L for Low Idle screw about 1/4 of a turn. Once you get it to idle and can actually slow the idle down enough so it runs correctly you can then fine tune the mixture at an idle. Then full throttle it and see if it runs ok there. If it does, your ready to go..If not, back it out, counterclockwise 1/8 to a 1/4 of a turn and see how well it runs. Basically from what I can tell, they did a really bad job of setting the carb at the factory!
