Simple question was. Is M6217 compatable with Vista.
No response forthcoming and I am reluctant to pay a premium fee to receive a simple answer, probably NO.

Problem solved. Camera returned to supplier for refund !

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Webcamera is disabled or has failed.

You will have to get the software for W7 for the web camera, assuming it is available. Find the website of the web camera manufacturers andsee if they have an updated driver. It'll be under 'Support' on the website.

Is there a driver for D-Link Ver.2.10 DSB-C310 webcam on Vista?

Hey xanthia2313,
According to the manufacturer this webcam is not compatible with Vista. You can try searching for a driver that would make it work using the update driver option.

Sincerely,
Allan

New driver needed for mikomi m6217 as it wont work on my vista computer

I have the same webcam as you,but unfortuanetly it is not compatable with Vista PC's.

It will work on the following OS: Windows 98SE/ME/2000/XP but not Vista.

You will have to get another webcam ;(

LARGAN DRIVER FOR VISTA

You will have to use the driver program for Win XP, vs 5.0.1.4. It will work for the camera, but not for the webcam function. First you will need to download and use the uninstall program if you have installed a driver program or have plugged the cam into the computer. I do wish there was a driver for Vista as it's a great webcam with a really wide field of view.
