Try first check the sd card. try installing the sd card on other player or computer, check if its not corrupted or damaged, if its ok, try cleaning the copper terminals before re-inserting to the player, if that doesnt work, try resetting the settings of your player, if still doesnt do the job, that only mean that your players card reader module/or terminal is damaged.have repaired by an authorized technician, if the case is that.

You can only have music on the microSD card; no pictures and no videos. The music tracks need to be in a folder titled "MUSIC".

How to sink micro sd card with player

You should probably just copy the mp3 files directly from their source folder over to the micro sd. To do this, put the micro sd into some type of adapter that will allow the computer to read/write to it. There are usb sticks that do this and there are SD adapters you put the micro into so you can use a media reader/writer with it. Once you have the card seen by the computer, just drag and drop your MP3's into the drive letter corresponding to the memory card. After that is done, put it back into the player and turn it on. I should find all your songs and make them available to you.

Test the SD card in another device, or even a PC to verify that it is working or even formatted. Also what size is the SD card/. Does your MP3 player support this size. Give us more info.

Download music

It is easier to get a SD memory card for it. Drag and drop the music onto the window which represents the SD memory card and then just put the SD memory card into the GPX MP3 player. I have the same MP3 player and it works nice... it was a good deal for the money! Take the savings and invest in a cheap SD memory card and you will be happy.... I was!
:-) Good Luck!
