Ask a smart guy, not someone on the net, to clean up your computer. Because it looks like you already have a virus on the computer. I think it would be the best to switch it off till someone really can clean up.
Please learn not to open mail from people or firms you don't know.
Really they don't have anything to tell you that could be interesting enough for you. You do trow away your paper spam without reading it to?
Usually, when you are using a different computer (and not the one that you usually use to access Yahoo Mail), or from a different location (e.g. you are in a different city, state or country than your home location), Yahoo knows that. And, it asks you for additional (security) information, to make sure it is YOU ... and not someone else who has stolen your account id and password.
So, the additional security questions that you'd provided is meant to protect you.
One way to avoid/skip this (being asked security question, etc.) is to use your (regular) computer all the time to access your Yahoo mail account ... e.g. an not different computers. Another way is to check off the box "Keep me signed in" when you log into your account.... and (depending on the period you'd selected in your Accounts profile), you will stay signed in ... for as long as you want (presumably on your own/regular computer) until you sign off.
I cant access / see mails that I receive on a daily basis few minutes after reading them please someone help. i am missing important official mails. I only see teh replies I send. Second would be: while in your mail look for the link "OPTIONS" (usually located on the upper right portion of your page" , it should show you a drop down list. now click on Mail Classic. it should change the entire appearance of your Yahoo Mail. you should now be able to see your mail and be able to read them
to return to Mail Advance simply click on Options again.
