I have a new Lexmark

I have a new Lexmark But can not Remove my old one off my comp it keeps telling me it is in use.But have not got it in use please help.

I have the same problem.

remove lexmark any application in startup items and also close proceess of lexmark in task manager.
for startup go to run - type msconfig .
