If it had been sitting on display for long time the battery might need replacement. I'd take advantage of the warranty and have them replace the whole watch.

You should specify the width of the strap or bracelet in mm and look for it in Amazon or any retail store http://www.amazon.com/Silicone-Soft-Rubber-Watch-Band/dp/B00DU3EX70 A good rubber strap might cost between 10 and 20 USD

Check with the repair service directory here at fixya, bottom of this page, click on repair service directory then watches see if someone can order the manual for you.
It is unlikely that any hardware store will have the size of screw that you need, since watch screws tend to be much smaller than are generally available.
The best place to go is a watch shop. They should be able to get it replaced for you.
