When I plug the tv in it makes a beeping noise but it wont come on. what would cause that?

The plug needs to be into the wall outlet. If it is in a surge protector, the electric flow can be interrupted and cause the beep.

NOISE? from the fridge inside? or from the outside compressor? In overstressed compressor or low freon level will make weird noises? a bad fan in freezer will? Even seen bad ice makers make weird noises? if the ice making is hindered by obstructions?

A one second beep from the computer is standard for a proper boot.
Do you have a TV that you can plug your computer into to see if it is posting video? That would be the easiest way to test if it is a computer or monitor thing.

the tv usb is not able to read all drives....drive size and formats are different per tv maker..
secondly you need to supply external power to the.... tv usb connection do not supply enough power(usually only 500ma) to run hard drives

You problems sound like a power supply capacitor has blown.
Look for bulging tops on the capacitors similar to the photo.

Have u replaced the spark plugs? Is this the beeping noise you hear when you first turn your key over the same as past times you have started the motor? It just keeps going though right? I would make sure you have the right level of fluids and make sure your fuel pump works, fuel filter isn't clogged and plugs and wires are in good shape.

If that is all good then you might have a bad coil pack. Test it and make sure you are getting correct voltages, if not then replace it.

Also did you winterize your motor after the last time you used it? If not you could of cause some internal damage to the motor.
