Check two things, make sure the by-pass rod is pushed all the way in and the drive belt from the engine to the rear end (tranaxle). If both check out ok do not attempt to service the tranaxle at home. have thet serviced by a dealer.

    looking under it, i can see the belt from the motor to the shared pulley is turning but the belt from the shared pulley to the transaxle is not
