Question about Kenmore 11206 / 11306 / 11506 / 11606
I have an older sewing machine and just recently encountered a problem. The needle cannot pick up the bobbin thread. At first the machine got stuck and wouldn't turn. We removed the shuttle driver as it was stuck. After returning it to its position, now the needle doesn't pick up the thread from the bobbin. Is it a timing problem? Please help! Thank you.
Remove the needle plate and watch for the hook to come around. You want to see were the hook meets the needle. it should intersect just a bove the eye. I posted a tip on checking your sewing machine timing, check it out.
