Question about HP OfficeJet k60 All-In-One InkJet Printer
This is a severe hardware issue.
In order to resolve the issue, make sure that the power cable is connected direclty to the wall socket.
Unplug the power cord and press and hold the Power/ON button on the printer for 30 seconds and plug in the power cord.
If the issue still persists, perform the final reset.
Please remove the power cable from the back of the printer.
Press and hold # and 6 while reconnecting the power cord to the product, and then release both buttons.
We have to press the keys on the printer. Release the buttons as soon as the power cable gets inserted to the printer.
