Simplest explanation is to connect signal to BNC and select frequency measurement (you may need to play around with it a bit) but it's like any other frequency counter - never used this model but if you know what the frequency you excpect then playn around until you get it

Transmitter Frequency alignment

look I'm going to tell you now. If you have no idea where to measure the voltage then you shouldn't be playing with that radio. First ,you need a scope,a frequency counter,a distortion meter,a signal generator,a watt meter,a voltmeter,a sinad meter and patience. If you have none of these then don't mess with it.

Temperature probe is reading about 25 degrees F too high. How do I re-calibrate this

these are not very accurate but your reading are out of spec. definitely
check probe and also leave it for some time and then check measurement (5 min or so) maybe it needs longer top stabilize
temperature (K type) uses mV for calculation and therefore cannot be adjusted without adjusting mV DC setting also (if that is possible on this meter)

I have a mastech digiter multimeter It shows only continuty only beep but not shows any AC or DC voltage or current rating after adjust the correct poit of rotary knobe, There is no any hold...

This multimeter measures the voltages this way - the voltage is reduced by the rotary knob to a small value then it's transformed in frequency by an autooscillator - that frequency is measured, In your case the oscillator has failed. It can't be fixed - the oscillator is in the measuring chip. It's dead, buy a new one.

Out of frecuency magnum s9

If you have a GOOD frequency counter (not the in-line coaxial type), connect the probe to TP3 (It's the top bare lead on R74/Resistor 74)

Adjust L19 for AM measurement of 16.2700 MHz,
L20 for USB Measurement of 16.2725 MHz,
L21 for LSB measurement of 16.2675 MHz.
All 3 of These measurements are + or - 20 Hz

BE SURE TO USE A NON METALIC TOOL! IF YOU DON'T, THE FREQUENCY WILL CHANGE WHEN YOU TAKE THE TOOL AWAY FROM THE TUNING SLUG. ALSO, USE THE CORRECT TOOL!
IF YOU BREK THE TUNING SLUG(s), You'll be in need of someone to replace it/them. In the long run, it may be better to pay someone to re-align the radio rather than risk breaking anything.
