Question about Kenmore 20.6 cu. ft. Top Freezer Refrigerator
My Kenmore refrigerators (model #79177990) ice maker is not working. I poured some water into the ice tray and it did make ice. What next? Thanks
Ice inlet tube may be frozen up inside of Fridge. Thaw it out with a hair blower. Shut of water supply and disconnect the water line that goes into the back. Use a flexable item at the connection to see if will go all the way through to the icemaker. I used a zip tie.
If you still don't have water going to the icemaker, you may need to replace the "Water Inlet Valve" at bottom back right of your Fridge. Easy to Do.
