Black Toner Cartridge

Black toner has run out but when opening the door to the printer to change it the blue toner is showing and will not move round how do we get the toner to move round to the black to replace it?

GuruOpen the front door, look to the left for the interlock, insert a screw driver or similar into lock.
Carousel can now be rotated by hand.
I believe you can also rotate the carousel to a particular toner via the panel and driver.
