WE NEED THE BELT 7PH 1970 AS5B AIRNAG - Asko T712C Dryer

THE ALTERNATOR SHOULD BE THE DEVICE THAT IS ADJUSTED BUT WITH OUT KNOWING ALL OF THE INFO ON THE CAR, IT IS JUST A GUESS.

What is the problem?

According to what my parts book shows, there was not a different mainshaft for the belt drive. All models used the same mainshaft from 1970 to late 1984. Harley offered a kit, 35039-80, that retrofitted the 1970 and up to late '84. I know the 1965 through 1969 is shorter and won't work. Then in 1984, they changed it again leaving off the kick start provisions. They only made three mainshafts so any rotary top transmission should fit your bike as far as I can tell. What is wrong with your transmission? Can it be repaired?

Why not tyr www.espares.co.uk for belts.

The fd number will tell you date of manufacture.
eg FD 8506...the 85 means 2005 the 06 means June
FD7809 the 78 mean 1998 the 09 is Sept.
If the belts broken it will not dry the load.
