AcerOne 571h with Crystaleye web cam. All works fine until I activate two way video conference using flash straeming video. Result is complete crash and frozen system in any browser. I have reinstalled the lastest drivers and checked add ons in Firefox and IE enabling and disablingone at a time, but nothing seems to be the culprit. Acer also launches something called Acer Video Conference Manager which I have exited to see if there was incompatibilty issues, but its not that either. Anyone any other ideas? Or it just that this netbook is pants and the 1gb memory isnt enough to run this streaming apps on an Atom processor?

Click on Start then >Control panel>hardware and sound >device manager>imaging devices>web cam....enable it

I'm assuming you are using this on a 3300 ICP. In that case, the phone system is only able to do 8 party conference calls without an external Conference server. You can dial the first number, press the flash button, dial the next number, dial the feature code (get from your vendor), repeat until you have all parties as part of the call.
The 5310 IP conference unit works much easier than this phone. A conference bridge such as Audio Web Conference with the appropriate licensing will allow for extended conference calls... it will also allow you to record the call for later "off-air" participation.
Have your graphic and video card updated? Your graphic card and video card might needed to be updated. As it seem that it is due to nonavailability of proper video and graphic acceleration to your browsers.
