Question about Epson Stylus CX7800 All-In-One InkJet Printer
My printer had been working fine until 2 days ago. When I sent a document from my PC, the printer acted like it didn't recognize the computer. The cable is connected firmly on both ends, the printer is on and has power. The printer is set up as the default printer.
Is there any way to reset the printer so that it eliminates any other instructions that it may be storing?
I'm assuming you're using windows.
Click on Start - Printers and Faxes - Dbl click default printer - Click on the printer tab, top left hand corner of the box, for drop down menu - Select "Cancel all documents" and try again.
