Prints have streaks -F2210. printer not indicating ink finished. Have tried cleaning.

1. Power down the printer.
2. Pull the ink cartridges out and clean them with a paper towel/napkin and some isopropal or rubbing alcohol.
3. Replace the cartridges.
4. Power the printer up and run the head cleaning cycle again.

Test your prints. If they are still bad, you may have a bad formatter board. This would mean it is time to replace the printer.

My printer will not print.

Remove both the ink cartridges from the printer and clean the cartridge contacts on the printer using soft cotton cloth dipped in distilled water.

Also connect the printer directly to the wall jack if connected to surge protector. Now turn off the printer and again turn on. When the printer prompts to insert the ink cartridges, Insert them to the printer.

If the issue persists, download the firmware patch from the below link :

NOTE : Ensure that printer is connected to the computer and also turned on while you install the patch.

Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

try this connect the printer directly to the wall outlet,
Remove the cartridges
now while the printer is powered on pull out the power cable from the back of the printer and then from the walljack.
Wait for 30-50 seconds and the plug in the power cable to the wall outlet and then to the printer and check your printer should work fine If it still doesn't call in to hp at 1800-474-6836.

and I think your printer should be in warranty so the printer can be replaced without you paying a dime.
I think this is a hardware issue and so if the e continues to blink call in to hp.
the E stands for error.

Does the HP Deskjet F2210 Printer support a photo cartridge?

No it does not. Only HP 21 black and HP 22 color are availiable for this model. Sorry, they are both very low capacity cartridges, and HP restricts you to only these on this model.
