Hi. Probably the best idea is to google the make and model number, and find the nearest agent to order the parts for you.
Good luck. Neil.

Hit the rim with a rubber hammer. Spray some penetrating oil on the holes of the wheels so it will get in between the wheel halves.

Will not charge when plugged in to electricity

1) Order a new charger. 24 volt 3-amp.
2) Replace the batteries if they are over a year old. Usually two each size U1 gel\AGM or SLA 12volt 34amp-hour.

Poor batteries or very weak batteries Also make sure you have the speed control to full in a safe area and try it there. But my bet is on the batteries Good Luck

I am looking for a rear wheel tire ,bearings, hub, for this. Is there a parts ordering company that I can order from

http://www.ctmhomecare.com/About_Us/index.asp?tStyle=01

Here's the link for the CTM website where you can call to order what you need. These are split-rims and are a bear to get the old tires off and new tires on if you don't know what you are doing, so just order a set of bearings(inner and outer; they're the same size), and the wheel and tire assembly(tire comes mounted on the wheel).

Will higher amp hour batteries damage the motor on my CTM HS-2800

Absolutely not. Higher amphour batts don't put out more voltage, just more voltage longer.
The 2800 takes U-1 gel cell batts that run about 33 amphours...good for about 12-16 miles. You might be able to fit bigger batts in it, but measure first before you buy...gel batts are pricey.
