The Canon Programm "CD-Label Print" has issues with Windows 7.

I solved it this way:

  1. Find the "CDLabelPrint.exe"most likely under "C:\Program Files\CD-LabelPrint"
  2. Right-Click on the File and choose Properties
  3. Select "Compatibility" and tick "Run Program ... Windows XP (SP3)"
  4. Push "OK"
  5. You should be fine now

When a file is erased, the remaining files will advance so that there will be no space between files.
Hint
  • To cancel erasing, press souni_stop.png(stop) in step 3.
  • To erase a part of a file, divide the file into two files first, and then proceed with steps 3 through 4.

Convergence problems

Typically, you shouldn't need to access that menu. Once the settings are saved by the factory, any adjustments can be made from the user menu. If those do not resolve the problem, then the likely issue is a failure of the convergence ICs or the connections at those ICs. Are you seeing what appears like a 3D image with bowing at the top and bottom? If so, then try resoldering the pins of hte convergence ICs first. That may resolve the problem. If not, then change the ICs. Report your results here.

Thanks,
Dan

A support tech at Canon suggested I try this.

find the file ImageCache.ic - I found it in application data folder in My Documents, delete it.

Uninstall CD Label Print, search for any other "CD Label Print" files or folders and delete them too.

Re-boot and re-install CD Label Print.

This worked for me. Hope it works for you too.

Cheers
