Call an Acura dealership with that serial number and they should be able to provide you the code. Or you can take it directly to the dealer but you will be charged labor.

Unlocking code

Only the dealer can give you these codes to make the stereo work - the idea is to keep people from stealing your radio and reselling it.

You Would have to get in Contact with the dealer and ask them for the information with the same you provided here they can help if its just the code there should not be a charge but every dealer is different. If you feel you can also call acura main number @Acura Toll free: 800-382-2238. Fax: 310-783-3535. Website: www.acura.com. I hoped that helped.

Radio Code for my car 1998 Acura

You have to do this: If you have jumped or replaced the battery at anytime this will happen. You have to get the serial number off the radio by removing it or partially taking it out to see the numbers on it try not to remove any cords. With the stereo out (to make sure you get the right number off of it) call an Acura dealership with the number and they will give you the another number to enter into the stereo and directions on how to punch the numbers in. Make sure while you have the stereo out you write the serial number down and keep it in a safe place also the number that the Acura dealership gives you because if you sell the car or if it happens again its easily accessible. Good Luck!
