Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
Based on your post I take it that your phone was locked to another
carrier. The only way around it is for the person that had it on the
original carrier to get it from that carrier or use one of the many
paid services on the internet to get your phone unlocked. This usually
costs anywhere between $20-$30.
