Question about Acer Aspire One PC Notebook
Hit Ctrl+Alt+Del (if one hit not work try two hits).
Enter your user name and password. (no need to enter the password if you don't have one. Just hit enter).
If you wasn't using the built in Administrator account (and if its not password protected type in Administrator and hit enter).
Scan the PC for Viruses. And check whether there is a problem with the security log if logging enabled.
(Start -> Run -> Type in Eventvwr.msc and hit Enter key and go to "Applications" and "System" and check for errors)

Turn off the computer, then hit the power button to turn it back on and immediately start hitting the F8 key repeatedly until you see SAFE MODE. Take the Safe Mode option and let it boot up. Safe Mode will look different to you, the screen will be darker and the icons bigger, this is normal.
