Hello jRock73

You can find driver downloads for it HERE. The Vista drivers for this device support both 32 and 64 bit.

However, the XP drivers don't mention either. You can find the manual for it HERE. However, I looked through it and saw no mention of what platforms it supported there either.

Have you tried it on and XP 64-bit machine yet or are you considering purchasing one?

You can go HERE and submit a technical inquiry if you like.

HERE is a post on a forum re: someone having tried the original XP drivers unsuccessfully on a 64-bit machine. Some other things he tried (and found did not work) are listed there, too.

If his analysis is accurate, it would appear that there are no 64-bit XP drivers for this device.

You might want to check out the post by ARIES HERE. He has some links there that might be helpful. They didn't work for TNYSTRAND but s/he may have had other issues.

The link to Ralink is broken on ARIES' post but you can find what s/he was referring to HERE.

    Hello jRock73

How did it go? Did the information and links I provided you w/ enable you to determine your wireless adapter's compatibility on a 64-bit XP system?

I DO hope that is the case. :) If it isn't, please, post back here and we'll continue to work w/ you.

If it is the case, would you kindly take just a moment to assign a FIXYA rating for my "solution"? I would be very grateful for your generosity and show of appreciation.

Thank you once again for using FixYa! Have a beautiful day.

I need drivers for Windows Vista x64

take a look at:

http://www.anycom.com/produkte/bluetooth_it_pc_accessoires/anycom_usb_250_usb_adapter/?id=103&partno=CC3036&tab=support
or alternatively an MSI driver for their 'Star Key' bluetooth adapter, which works as well:
http://global.msi.com.tw/index.php?func=downloaddetail&type=driver&maincat_no=131&prod_no=100

Before you install this make sure to remove all traces of previous drivers that may be installed. This can be done via right clicking the device and selecting uninstall within Device Manager.
If prompted, select delete device drivers from the system.
When this is completed for each bluetooth service, reboot the computer and disconnect your computer from the internet - This is to ensure that on system restart Windows does not download and reinstall the device and services.
Now simply run the Star Key driver installation package, reboot and reconnect the internet connection. On startup Windows may want to install a generic device, allow it to do so.
Initially if all the previous drivers were removed completely, your Linksys adapter should now work flawlessly.

Need working Windows 7 driver for Linksys WUSB54G V.1.0 Adapter

This driver should work with Vista, and based on the FAQ it should work with 64-bit although it wasn't designed for the 64-bit OS.

http://downloads.linksysbycisco.com/downloads/WUSB54G_dr,0.exe

If the link doesn't work, let me know. I'll direct you to the download page to retrieve the driver.

The solution I have is quite simple. I use Vista premium x64 so someone else can test it on Xp but it should work for both. In Vista the 1.3 version doesnt work so Facid's solution doesnt work for me.

Get the 2.1 setup for Vista and install it.

Go to your NETGEAR folder wherever you installed it to (Program Files x86 for me) and copy the DRIVERS folder to your desktop.

Uninstall the smartwizard and remove everything in the NETGEAR folder.

Plug in your WG111T.

Go to Device Manager and find your WG111T in the list, Right Click and Update Driver.

Browse to the DRIVERS folder on your desktop when it asks where to look for the driver and the WG111T will install. It should popup with a little message when it is completed but you will not be online yet.

I dont know what you would do in Xp x64 system but I believe it has its own wireless manager like Vista and should be quite simalar.

IN VISTA go to the Connect To button in your Start menu, It should be under Computer and Network, it should show your router along with a 5 bar network strength graphic.

For me all I had to do was double click on the network and put in my WEP hex key and it conected.
