Question about Dell Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
Your driver is affected and it will probably need a total reinstall to work fine ....there are viruses that affcets drive in such a way ..You can though go to device manager and see if the drive is in yellow with a ask sign on it ..and to click right and try to update driver ..but from my expirience in these situations it will not asign the right driver and this sirus will just affect it again in minutes
so my advice is to see if the drive accepts bootabl;e cd with the installation software ..and reinstall i t..
