Question about Proform 760 CrossTrainer Treadmill

1 Answer

My pro-form 760 its shutting down after 15 to 20 minutes of use. What I do to restart it again I pull the emergency cord and quickly put it back in,then I press the start bottom and it start again for a few more minutes and shut of again. I clean all boards and motor with pressurized air with no results. I believe that some thing is getting hot because I notice one white thing (I believe is a resistance) is always hot even went is not in use.

Hi! Just a thought. You may want to check on blown capacitors. This can cause overheating and electrical failure too. Hope this helps and have a good one!

How do I turn on my Pro form 760 ekg .

Dear Sir.
Please turn on the power switch that goes down in the machine is Red switch, most of time there some light of Neon that illuminated when you push to ON. Otherwise reset the button to the side to the power button.

If everything is o.k go inside of the machine and see if the breaker of fuse is tripped or blow, or corrored ( clean but disconnect the power cord): and try again. If not work. You must see if you have power from the outlet wall in your house and reset your breaker.

sincerely. God bless you.

Computer froze, I tried to restart but it would not shut down. It is now stuck with only background showing. Can you help.

Press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds will power off the MacBook Pro.

You can then try turning it on again normally.

If the problem with freezing reoccurs on start up, then hold down the power button again, and turn it off. Unplug the MagSafe Power Adaptor from the MacBook and the Wall for several seconds. If the battery is removable, then remove it, wait for a few seconds and re-insert it. Plug the MacSafe back in if desired. You should now be able to start up the MacBook with no problems.

We understand that your problem is: the printer is a hp officejet l7680 jet pro...and this printer is for officer use for a small doctors officer..usually we just leave the printer on when we leave..but...

Sometimes the printer locks itself up and sits in a sort of limbo.

Just pull the power cord out of the back of the printer, wait 10 seconds and plug the power back in...

The printer should come back on and go through a self test for a few minutes before you are able to print again.

Mi T M Model CM-1250-A/C pressure washer shuts off after 10 minutes use. Wait 5 minutes and restart by pressing On/off switch. Shuts off again in 10 minutes. Works fine while on. Thoughts on problem?

I have one of these machines and it is VERY sensitive to line voltage. Be sure not to use an extension cord or the CM1250 will shut down. If you do use an extension cord use a very heavy one. The unit uses very close to the capacity of a 15A circuit. Good luck.

Ink system failure & keeps shutting down & coming on its own.

Do the following, let me know if it clears or not:
  1. Press the On button to turn the printer off.
  2. Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
  3. Remove all the ink cartridges.
  4. Wait two minutes.
  5. Plug the power cord into the back of the printer.
  6. Press the On button to turn the printer on.
Install the ink cartridges when prompted.

If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it.
Thanks, Joe

Standy By Going off/Computer shutting down

The presentation power scheme is used when you are giving a briefing using the PC as your slide show. So the presentation power scheme will never shut off the monitor or the hard drive, don't want it to shut down in the middle of a briefing. However, leaving it in that state for long periods of time may cause the CPU to overheat and shut itself down for protection. A better scheme for quick boot up would be Home/Office. Turn monitor off after 20 minutes and "never" for hard disk. This way it will save energy (therefore heat) and you will have a quick boot up. If you are using XP Pro, there is also an option to automatically put it in standby when you close the lid of your monitor. Hope this helps. If you have any questions let me know... Please rate this solution before logging off.

Reddy heater pro 110

My best guess is that you are are connecting to your AC receptacle with an extention cord that is too small. The Reddy Heater contains a computer that will shut the unit off if it cannot pull enough amps from your service. The longer the cord the higher the loss from receptacle to unit. This loss can be reduced by increasing the size of your extention cord. I run a 100' 10/2 cord.

Hope this helps!
