Question about HP PSC 750 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Some printers will work with only one cartridge. I can't find anything that says that printer will work with just 1 cartridge. Some printers won't print unless they can tell that both cartridges are installed.
Try clicking File, Print, Properties, and then look for a tab with a color option. My current printer has a color tab at the top at that point and I can go there and select Grayscale. Some printers have a Black and White option.
I am an HP employee. I do not represent HP on this site.
