Most likly it is the mag and the diode. it should be covered for ten years after you bought the unit so check into that. you will have to pay a ge authorize servicer to replace it though but parts should be covered and still cheaper than a new microwave

Bosch microwave oven, turntable not working, food not heated

Even if the turntable isn't turning, the oven should still heat the food but it will be uneven cooking. I would suggest that the unit is not "microwaving" This is usually the high voltage capacitor, fuse or diode failure. You will need knowledge of how microwave ovens work and specialist tools to test these. If you don't, I would suggest you get a tech who does. There are extremely high voltages in microwave ovens.

My kitchenaid microwave will not heat in microwave mode. In fact the turntable starts and stops and the display blinks intermittenly. In convection oven mode everything works fine - It heats, turntabl

The magnetron is the main part that gives out microwaves to heat the food. As the convection bit is working this points towards the microwave bits.
The magnetron has a main diode, fuse and transformer to run the microwave bit, any of these could be faulty. A word of warning though, there are extremely high voltages inside microwaves, even when unplugged in the main capacitor. Also to repair this section you will need to be a fully qualified engineer to even order parts for this.

My microwave doesn't work, but display works

I would strongly consider replacing the microwave oven, prices have dropped considerably. The problem you are describing is in the keypad controller board.

Microwave will not heat, but will turn on. Clock and Timer still work. Turntable turns. Making a loud humming noise and light flickers

This clearly indicates a bad magnetron, "heats food" in most cases it is cheaper to replace the microwave oven than have it repaired, since the magnetron is the heart of the unit.

All leds, timer, fan etc working but microwave will hot even heat water. Control panel, turntable and light inside oven works also.

The problem is one of three things, the magnetron is defective "common issue" or the high voltage capacitor and diode may be a factor, repairs could be close to a new microwave oven.

The microwave turns on but does not get hot. The light is on, the the clock, the timer and everything works, except that the food does not get hot. I tried to heat up some water and doesn not change its...

you need to remove the outer cover, then carefully discharge the high voltage capacitor with 2 insulated screwdrivers or an insulated jumper wire, then test this and the high voltage diode and the internal ceramic fuse for continuity

My Maytag microwave stopped heating. Everything

Generally the magnetron (the part that heats the food) is the cause if everything else still works. Unfortunately replacing the magnetron is barely cheaper than buying a new microwave though you can check out repairclinic.com to decide whether you want to attempt replacing the part.

Let me know how this works out for you.

Microwave Turntable

Microwave popcorn gets VERY hot while cooking. Even though the turntable is made of temepred glass, intense heat applied in the same spot over and over can weaken the molecular structure of the glass. After so many expansions and contractions, it will crack because fatigue will cause some molecules to expand less than others, creating stress. This is yet another reason I recommend to my customers that they place the food off-center on the tray - not in the center. The oven also heats better when the food is off-center because the food is more thoroughly exposed to the microwave energy. Until you get a new tray, the photo below can help you.
