Question about Toshiba Satellite A215-S4747 Notebook
How do I restore my WIFI capability? I cannot connect to my router with a LAN connector or with the WIFI switch enabled.
It sounds like the laptop is not the problem. Have you tried to "power cycle" your router (unplug the power and plug back in)? You may need to power cycle your BroadBand modem first.
If that does not work, check with your internet service provider to make sure they are up.
You can always double check the laptop at a free wireless hotspot in town. I would need more info to give any more suggestions.
