1. You can use a commercial system utilities like Final uninstaller or Total Uninstall, or Perfect Uninstaller there are many more in the market.
2. The Add/Remove from microsoft sometime is not so effective.
3. Another option is to use the restore option ie using OS XP & Higher.
I would suggest you try the restore option to restore your PC.
