If the machines seams to be working until gets to draining ..and do not drain them is cause it stops on the draining cycle from a blocked evacuation pump ..the first thing to check is not to be something blocking the fan of the pump ..and for that you have an access point either in front in the lower area( 20 cm cover lid will have to be removed from the front area)and you will see a screw-able lid about 5 cm in diameter it and get you r fingers inside and see if there are not any small pieces like bra wires or so inside..(this accces can be placed in the back on some models..and it looks something like this ..(it actually be the spare part you need in case it is burnt )

if yes, do the same.
for the fully automatic washing machine mostly have drain pump, please check the filter of your drain pump, if clog your drain pump of some hair pins, cotton buds or coins or any small item, that the cause of water stuck, and it will long time draining or totally not running the drain pump.and its cause of stop of cycle of washing machine in rinse time or spin time, because after washing the pump must be on to remove water before start the next cycle.

AWM 321 will not spin. Would you kindly let me know which part I need to replace. I fully accept that you cannot be responsible for any errors. Thank you Alan Morton

hello check the pump first it has to drain before it spins if the pump is ok then the cause could be the module board this control the motor speed usually sit at the back of the washer may have a load of wires coming off it. if the this ok the brushes on the motor can cause spin problems

Whirlpool Washing Machine AWM 029 is not draining

I assume you have checked to see if the pump is working,
Select drain and spin, if water does not go away, then you have a pump problem, which will stop the programme completing.
Please leave feedback.
