When I make a color copy it turns the entire paper blue in all of the places that it is suppose to be white
Color copiers have four drums. black, yellow, cyan(blue) and magenta. try making a copy in single color mode. make one in all the colors mentioned above. If they all come out normal and the cyan (blue) one doesnt, this could indicate a bad cyan (blue) pcu and or developer.

I have a HP officejet 7110 and when I go to make a color copy it turns the entire paper blue in all of the places that it is suppose to be white and a blue hue over the entire copy as well.
it would be helpful if we knew the brand, model, type, speed. Since there are "HUGE" differences between these criteria.I hate to be a stickler for detail, but I would feel worse if I gave you information that would be absolutely correct for one brand, yet might destroy another. I feel confident you feel the same.
