Well the water coming out has to be going in somewhere. Maybe a skimmer or drain. can you close either of these so there is more suction on your hose connection?

My Pump is new and is so noisey we can hardly hear ourselves talk

take it back and get an exchange unit under warranty
it is possible that it is sucking air and not water so make sure that the new pump is properly primed first

Is it whirl-pooling because the water is too shallow? One thing you can do to prevent this is to lay a piece of plywood over it. It will float and keep it from whirlpooling and sucking air.

Over heating and pushing all the coolant up into the overflow resivoir and when i take the radiator cap off it trys to suck it back from pressure

I would check the water pump as well as the thermostat. I am betting this is the water pump but I would replace both if that is the case. Thermostat is a 15 dollar part and very easy to replace. Water pump a little bit more difficult but not a hard job either.

Booster pump is running but no water coming

It needs a supply of water. If this is used as a booster pump, check that the water inlet valve is open. It will pass water in this type of application.
If it is used to pump from a storage tank or well, it has lost it's prime. Either the tank ran empty or the water level in the well fell below the suction or too deep for the pump to lift it.
You probably have probably over heated it and melted the impellers.
Check the suction piping. If there is any failure, it won't work. It will not pump water if there is any way it can suck air. Fix the pipe and prime the pump by filling it with water. There is a plug on top for this. Here is a link to the manual.

You have to open a faucet on the discharge to allow it to pump the air out of the system and suck up the water. Five minutes at a time. It will over heat. Let it rest and cool off. Pour more water in it. This will ruin the pump. If no air is pushed out, the pump is probably toast.
Repairing it will cost so much and is so hard to do, you will be better off buying a new one. I tried it once. Not worth it.

My pump is running but not sucking up water

well if possible look into suction screen and see if Impeler is turning , I'll bet not , most of the lil giants come with a easy to remove pump cover (screw) so one can access the pump cavity to remove forign debris , also one can manually rotate impeller with finger (unplugged) to ck for free movement , if its hard to move your pump needs replacement

Not pumping water

Hello my name is Heath it will be my pleasure to assist you. There is a strainer screen inside the hose fittings that could get plugged with grass or cotton wood check that you will have to disconnect the inlet hose from the pump to check.
