Question about Microsoft Outlook 2003 for PC
Ok well its what it is sayin , i will bet if you go into your setting your active x controls are not clicked, and if its the sending look at your spam controls i will venture a bet the sender is on your blocked list. or a known spanner that your anti virus is blocking.for active z goto
open ie, goto top of page and select tools, internet options, then advanced scroll down and look for the word active x , and click it on . turn off machine and reboot.
