Question about Lenovo 3000 N100 0768 - Pentium Dual Core T2060 1.6 GHz - 15.4in. TFT PC Desktop

2 Answers

Right-mouse click anywhere on your computer's "wallpaper". Click Properties. Click the Settings tab. Now, you'll see two rectangles, representing your two screens, namely the internal LCD screen and the S-video output from your laptop. Click on the 2nd rectangle. Click "extend my desktop on this window". Now, Windows will start to "paint" part of your wallpaper onto the S-Video port, and out to S-Video port on your TV. I tried this but my laptop doesn't seem to recognize the S-Video cable..??? Would their be a driver for it, if so which on would it be..???

Hi,
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

I'm trying to connect my pc with the tv. I cant find the FN key

Most laptops have a 'FN' key on their keyboard, near the bottom-left corner.

Most desktop computers, especially those with a separate keyboard, do _NOT_ have a 'FN' key.

With your SECOND (usually the RIGHT) mouse-button, click anywhere on your "wallpaper".
Click Properties.
Click Desktop.
You should see two rectangles, representing the "standard" video-output, and the S-VIDEO output.
Click "extend my desktop" onto the second rectangle.

Letters

If you mean just for your internet browser window, hold CTRL and scroll your mouse scroll wheel.

If you don't have scroll wheel on your mouse, and you are using Internet Explorer, go to the view menu, then to TEXT SIZE.

If you want to make the letters on your desktop and desktop windows bigger, go to:

display properties -> settings tab -> advanced -> increase the dpi setting

Or decrease your resolution, right click on your desktop, click properties, then click the settings tab and lower your resolution.

Hope this helps!
