Hi Larry,
There are really only three possibilities for this then.
1. Windows 7 isn't getting the correct response when you activate Office and is convinced you used a Home and Student version License.
2. You did use the wrong product key and are licensed for home and student
3. Your product failed to activate when you re-installed and is in trial mode.
For a brief education on this. There is only one version of office released in each year it's produced. It includes all of the possible programs and features and can be licensed for any of the available terms. The disks don't matter much, it's more to do with your license sticker with the product key. When you install a version of office it installs all the programs then asks for a license.
Whatever your product key is licensed for it will activate. For convenience the various retail packages are taylored to the product key that comes with them but will generally work with any other key from that year activating and using all programs that were both in that disk and covered by your license.
Once installed the program must be activated or it remains in trial mode. and will only allow a limited # of uses until it deactivates itself.
Of course there is still the possibility that this is an issue with installing or activating on 7 as it is not yet fully tested and ready for sale.
I will provide you with two microsoft support links. The first describes how to check your version, this will confirm or deny that you're using the right disk and key. Assuming you are try the second to confirm you have already activated Office. If both are in the green then this may be a problem with 7 or more specifically some new updates you may have installed when re-installing seven.
If it comes down to 7 being the issue try running any remaining windows updates including optional ones, then check for office updates as well.
First link for checking version, when you get to the "About" page look at the second line from the top it will state which version is licensed.

Second link, Click the link and scroll down to "What do you want to do", then click Activate office at a later time and follow the listed instructions.

Again if either of these two garner unexpected results comment back here, if not try the updating for both windows and office, unfortunately that's about all you can do if you're running 7 at this time.
Hope this helps FixYa,
Chris
