Where exactly were they stored. Many times they get stored in the garage with other camping things, and are susceptible to a variety of temperature changes and different levels of humidity. I owned a pair featured in the picture and had problems with them myself, the connections on the inside just quit sometimes. Although new models offer more features along with better sound quality and range give it a shot!

I have two older Motorola Walkies Talkabout FR60 wont send or receive and a T5820 with the rubber broken off the antenna is is cost feasible to fix or not

I believe for the FR60 walkie-talkies, if they are not sending or receiving, the issue could be related to the antenna, battery, or internal components. You can try replacing the batteries and/or antennas to see if that resolves the issue.

As for the T5820 walkie-talkie, if the rubber on the antenna is broken, it's likely that the antenna itself is also damaged. In this case, you can try replacing the antenna with a new one. Antennas are typically available for purchase online or at electronics stores.
In terms of cost, repairing older walkie-talkies like these may not always be cost-effective. If the repairs are extensive or require replacement of major components, it may be more practical to purchase new walkie-talkies instead.
Below are options of the options of walkie-talkies you can buy;

I have k7gfv700 Motorola walkie talkies w/ charger. The charge seems to work, but the lighs one the charge are red and the talkie do not charge. Do I need new batteries and where can I purchase the

You might try http://wirelesspro.com, we have found them to carry most TalkAbout accessories and batteries. Before ordering battery packs, you might try switching your existing good battery to the other radio and see if it solves the problem. This would assure you that it is indeed a battery problem.

Walkie talkie batteries don't last

The Batteries that Motorola uses will die after a while mainly because people leave them on the charger all of the time. But there is a way to refresh them. You let the battery die completely, then you charge it up for about 12 hours. Then you let the battery die completely. Do this a couple of times and the batteries will last long.
Also, Motorola use to make a battery refresher (or did when I worked there.) It will charge and drain the battery automatically. It will even give you a fault if the battery is completely dead. For the HT1000 (for example) it would be the WPPN4065BR.
For future reference, don't constantly charge a battery. Only have it on the charger when the battery is actually dead or very low. This will increase battery life.
