Question about Acer Aspire 3680 Laptop
Find an electric/electronic geek-friend with a voltage/amperage multi-meter, and get him/her to test the output of the charger, i.e., 6V to 19V, 1A to 3A,
to see if the "actual" output matches the "rated" output printed on the charger's label.
If not, your charger needs to be replaced.
If it's OK, then take your computer to a qualified technician, for trouble-shooting why the power isn't reaching the "guts" of the computer.
