Won't heat up above 200 degrees.

Try turning off the valve to the tank, then leave the knobs on the grill open for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the grill knobs, slowly, slowly open the valve on the tank. Relight the grill and see if it gets hot.

My weber grill doesnt get above 200 degrees

Try these steps in order.
  1. Turn off the gas at the propane tank
  2. Disconnect the gas line from the tank
  3. Open the grill lid
  4. Turn all control valves to high
  5. Wait for about a minute
  6. Turn all control valves to off
  7. Reconnect the gas line to the tank
  8. SLOWLY turn on the gas at the tank
  9. Light the grill normally
  10. Your grill should now heat normally

Grill won't heat up above 200 DEGREES with a nearly full tank

Try replacing the regulator and hose, not very expensive and fairly easy to do. If that doesn't help, let me know.

My q grill is not heating properly. I have a full tank of propane and the grill is clean but the burner is not getting enough gas to heat past 200 degrees

The new style2_bing.gif OPD valves have a small brass ring located in the female fitting on the LP tank. Over time this ring can work loose and then it does not allow the male fitting to fully depress the OPD valve thus reducing your gas flow
Using a small flat bladed screw driver tighten the small brass ring This should solve your problem
IF not you might want to remove the cap (white) on your regulator and try slowly adjusting the regulator, make small adjustments and try the BBQ My Weber if I set the front and back burners to MED I get right at 350 degrees in 60 degree outdoor temps. Adjusting the regulator will take some time to get it right but If it is not your tank it is most likely your regulator out of adjustment

I have a Jenn-Air grill with three burners. When I light the first two burners, they light fine, when I light the third burner, the flames on all three burners get real weak and the grill will not go...

Screwy new tank has safety feature: so...
remove the tank and clear the the lines.then reinstall the tank and crack open the vave just a hair. Retry. Seen it.

The grill begins to heat up and stops. Only will

I believe you are out of propane. There is enough pressure to light the grill but as the liquid propane boils the temerature of the tank drops reducing pressure, and flame gose out.

LOW HEAT WHEN ON HIGH

This can be caused by the safety valve in the propane tank. Most times this can be corrected by tuning off the valve on the tank, make sure all the controls on the grill are in the off position. Then turn on the tank valve and try restarting the grill. All the controls on the grill must be off, before reopening the tank valve. If that does not work try another propane tank.
