I would check the ram chips first,, pull them out and reinstall them, most of the time this will work. if not.... try starting the laptop with only one ram chip installed, then try the same thing with the 2nd ram chip install,, test one at a time..
If this dont work it may be a bad GPU connectoin to the mother board, This can be fixed but in most cases a new mother board is needed.
go home and open command prompt under start on the main screen. type in which site you would like to visit--then strike spacbar once--then type "ping" the CP should then give you what is known as an IP adress to the desired websites. typing the given IP adress in the adress will take you to any site, voiding all firewalls.
